Hi, I’m Sally!

I’m a professional teacher of Movement Medicine, a form of conscious dance that guides you into deeper connection with your body and heart.

I live in Loviisa, Finland, and love dancing, singing, and being in nature with my family.

I lead in-person classes in Southern Finland and teach internationally, online.

I offer closed weekly classes in Loviisa, open weekly classes, weekend workshops, and online classes. Please contact me about offering classes in your area or at your workshop or retreat!
